Throughout my life, my favorite place to escape to has been the outdoors. I get excited every chance I have to be outdoors because I know it will be an opportunity to detach, get away and reconnect with nature and myself.

My professional life in outdoor settings has ranged from summer camps to management positions at a ski resort and adventure outfitter. Through each experience, I've gained the skills and experience necessary to provide safe and effective facilitation for groups in the outdoors. As a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) my biggest priority is the safety of our participants.

My favorite outdoor activities are skiing, climbing, backpacking, mountain biking and kayaking. I try to live an active lifestyle and be intentional about the decisions I make.
